LS: "ARE YOU HERE?"
V: "Are you talking to me?" -I was sitting right next to her.
LS: Smiling and looking forward and towards the heavens she said "I was just checking to see who was listening to me."

LS: "Do you need a new bra?"
V: "No, I think I'm ok. But you...I could afford to buy you a new bra if you want?"
LS: "I don't need a new bra. This one's fine."
V: "Mom, you're not wearing a bra. Of course it's comfortable. In fact, it's probably *the* most comfortable bra you've ever had."
