My God! It has been almost 3 years since I've walked around the lake with my mother. We used to do that all the time. In the Summer, as a child we used to walk Sammy, our cocker spaniel two or three times a week at the lake. I had the idea of buying a pass for the lake last year, but never got around to doing it (mainly because of the money). But Jesus, I've got to do it now or it just isn't ever going to get done. Even if I'm only pushing her around the lake in a wheelchair, I want to walk around the lake with my mom. It's something that we used to really enjoy together. I love her. The time is now to make life good.
