Not Cooking Dinner. :-)

I have to say. It's really nice when you don't have to make dinner for yourself, and you don't have to pay for it. I rarely get that opportunity...but I LOVE IT!!! I went over to my friend, Jessica's house tonight and she and another friend, Tim cooked dinner for us all. All I had to do was show up! It was so nice. I love how Jessica entertains. She's just very generous and gracious. She doesn't overthink the menu. She just cooks really tasty food that she would like to eat that is also relatively healthy, and is very generous with the portions. We had 4 mochi's each!!! I have never eaten that much mochi in my life! But it was great. :-) (Oh yeah.. the mochi wasn't the *healthy* part.)
