Rack of lamb....

Stuffing....

Baked potatoes with sour cream...

And calavasos! (they're zucchini, crook-neck-squash, corn, onions, and garlic sauteed in butter! Ooooh sooooo goooood!)

Tonight was a feast. Unexpected. But my mom wanted a baked potato...and I had to make the veggies before they went bad...and then everything else just fell into place. I am stuffed. And I have leftovers for lunch! Yay leftovers!
