BLT LTB TLB I’m pooped.
Went for the BLT. I'm so glad I did. It's late, and I have a headache. Thank god I went simple. It's really good. The funny part of this adventure is the rediculous large platter I have decorated in purple and white veriegated flowering kale. What was I thinking??? It's pretty. But the kale is really a good underpinning for sizzling skewers of meat. It looks a bit funny and over the top with a Betty Crocker-esque layered dip. Meh. Whateve.
