Joe Biden...whoah! WTF!?! I have no idea how Obama came to the conclusion that Biden was preferable to Clinton...but whatev. My guess is that Clinton was too fresh in his memory as a strong rival. I think if she were the VP she would not be like most..(blend-in-the-background-yes-men).

I'm not sure about Biden. Seriously.. geeze! Have you heard some of the shockingly racist/stupid things this guy has said? I can't believe Obama pickedhim. But then again maybe he was woo'ed over by Biden's compliments...I mean being called the "FIRST mainstream African-American who isARTICULATE and BRIGHT and CLEAN [clean!?! Did he really say clean ??? -Yes he did folks. ] and a nice-looking guy" ...well that might make anyone decide to make this guy their running mate right? But really now... What about say...Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.? I'd say he was a pretty articulate, bright, and certainly clean (wtf? ...clean??? I still can't believe he said that shit ...and apparently got away with it too) African-American who also for the record predated Obama. (Which in case you're confused...means that Obama'snot the first.) All in all...I am just saddened and confused by this choice. I was all ready to follow Obama anywhere...until he chose Biden. And now I've got to think about it. I'll probably still vote for Obama...but only because Nader has no real chance of winning..and I hate the idea of McCain winning. -The idea of an endless war just turns my stomache. I really think if McCain choses Giuliani as his running mate we are in for a real throw down. I think they would be a strong team against Obama and the mistake. But anyhoo.........
