Writer's Block: Redoing Nature's Color Palette

If you could manipulate the color schemes of nature, what things in nature would you change the color of? What would you change them to?

I would totally make penis's hot pink. Like dayglo Miami pink! Yup. Oooooh... Or I would have a variety like the colors of exotic saltwater fish. You know blues with flourishes of yellow in stripes and spots. Yeah!
