Grass fed beef. I am going to have to hunt some down and do a taste test. My mom's doctor suggested grass fed but he also said Harris Ranch beef, which is corn fed. True Harris Ranch is a 100% vegitarian diet --as all cow should have. Ironic isn't it? They eat vegitarian diets..so us omnivores can eat them? Poor poor delicious cows. I found an organic grass fed ranch nearby. I think they would be a good place to buy from, but before I place the order, I want to do a taste test. You unfortunately can't trust the ranchers to tell you the truth. The grass fed, and corn fed ranches all say that THEY have the superior tasting product. But maybe that's all subjective? Perhaps if you were raised on leaner cuts of meat that would be a better, more preferable flavor to your pallette?
