the power to inspire is better than intimidation

So today I was having coffee with my friends Leslie and Tim, and we were talking about how sometimes things happen (shitty unfair things perpetrated by other people against you), and you totally know it was them, and they totally know you know...but their attitued is like "No man, I totally didn't do that!" or worse yet, "I did it but you can't proove it, so fuck you, what are you going to do about it." Leslie, Tim, and I are all pretty mellow people for the most part, but we were talking about how when people push your buttons like that, and there's really no legal way to find justice, that it just makes a normally mild mannered person want to get all mafia on thier asses! Leslie brought up the concept of being so bad ass that no one would ever even want to fuck with you. I doubt that will ever happen for any of us. But hopefully, we will surround ourselves with good people, where intimidation is not necissary to get a fair shake in the world. One can only hope! Or better yet, to be so awesome and inspiring, and cool; that only a complete and total looser and or tool would ever not come correct. I would love to have that power....the power to inspire people to be better than they normally are.
