He sent me some music yesterday. He actually played it on the piano..and recorded it and sent it to me. 2 songs...or "noodlings" as he would put it. They're both very beautiful. Apart from that time Eva and I were serenaded by that bullfighter..I've never had a guy create music for me. I have to say..it's very cool. I went out on a limb when I was listening to it..and told him that...one in particular, sounded like the little intimate dance that people do, when they're getting to know each other..as we are. And that his music felt like his heart was talking to my heart...and I liked what it was saying. I can't believe I told him that..but it was what was going through my mind. And he said that was exactly what it was like for him too.. And then he told me that he was thinking of me when he played them. It was very cool. ...Isn't it funny how each time one of us has to risk being a little bit vulnerable...he did by making the music for me..then I did by saying it felt like a conversation between his heart and mine...(which is actually a reference to a poem I wrote for him...And I write poetry for *no* man! But I did for him!)...and then that paid off because then he made it very clear that these weren't just things he played..but things he played, while thinking of me..for me. He is the best man that I have ever known. Well..apart from my grandpa!
