Ok...so more raving about Laguna Farm! I had a very late dinner last night. I fed my mom early...but I wasn't very hungry then...So I made myself a little salad from the organic produce I had...A little salad mix....a big tomato cut up with diamond kosher salt sprinkled on top (and yes! The kind of salt *does* matter) ...all with dijon honey dressing...Super yum! And I finished it all off with a toasted slice of the fabu bread I got (also organic!...what can I say? I'm giving the whole *organic* thing a try...) spread with some peanutbutter and orange marmalade! ...oooh and a tall glass of water!
...Yes...I know...things are exciting around here! You can feel the *tingle* of magic in the air...I have the hiccups....I'm felling a bit lazy...and tired. But other than that...everything's great! So now that you've been updated on the critical...we can now all resume our daily nothingness....or somethingness....whatever it is you chose to do. :-)
